2. Summary of this weeks work: The first part of this module I learned about the ADDIE Analysis Phase. It includes four sub phases Instructional goals, Instructional analysis, Learner analysis, Learning objectives. I also start on the Initial steps of becoming a baseball coach. I put together what an average student needs to know, content analysis, general goals, and the enhancing learning.
3. Items of interest: In this module the item that interest me was learning that the Analysis phase in ADDIE had four sub phases and learning about each one of them was really helpful.
4. Problem of Concern: Does anyone have any kind of suggestions on General goals that students would need to know when becoming a baseball coach?
